GENERAL MANAGEMENT COURSES
The following courses are offered in 1 hr, 2 hr, and 4 hr sessions depending upon the outcome level desired.
4. SAFETY COURSES
Safety courses for fork lifts, material handling, lockout, flammable storage, job procedures, toxic materials, and OSHA courses.. Customized specific courses for specific needs.
5. ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Identifying the causes of equipment and component failure, and preventing future occurrences.
6. MANAGEMENT COURSES (Soft Courses)
Classes For: Team Building Skills, Conflict Resolution, Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff, 5-S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, & Sustain), or The Five Pillars, TPM Total Productive Maintenance, Project Management. Custom classes can be developed for the employers specific needs. We will provide the evaluation to help determine those specific requirements.
State of Michigan - Code Courses - Act 54 Approved
Code compliant class are offered based on the State of Michigan Act 54 requirements for Administrative, Communications, Plan Review, Speciality, and Technical. These courses are based on the 2000 International Codes in:
Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.
