The following courses are offered in 1 hr, 2 hr, and 4 hr sessions depending upon the outcome level desired.
1. MUNICIPALITY PLANNING AND ZONING (P & Z)
We will custom design the training program to answer specific questions in P & Z based upon your specific ordinances. This can be in evening workshops for your planning and zoning commissioners. Given the vast variations in this specific area, the topics should be discussed to determine what areas are needed.
2. INSPECTOR TRAINING
Provide Michigan Act 54 compliant classes for registration in building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing registrants in; administrative, communications, plan review, speciality, and technical requirements.
3. CONSTRUCTION - CODES
Classes in building, residential, mechanical, plumbing and electrical codes for residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Using the International Code Body.
