About Bybee-Julovich, Inc. Bybee-Julovich, Inc. was established in 1985 to provide technical assistance to the Manufacturing and Food industries. As our economy matured, management has had to economically justify the size and cost of staff required to efficiently operate their business. It is increasingly difficult to maintain and fully utilize the technical staff necessary to expertly and economically maintain plant operations and expansions.

The firm's principal, Dr. Tom L. Bybee, Ph.D, C.PE, CCS, holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. He has taken several engineering courses from Ball State University, University of Wisconsin, University of Michigan, and has earned the FDA Better Processing Control certificate. Dr. Bybee's disertation is in Safety Engineering. As Adjunct Faculty, Dr. Bybee teaches and designs custom industrial training programs for IVY Tech State College, Southwestern Michigan College, & Lake Michigan College, in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Machine Controls, and Custom Training. He is also a Registered State Building, Mechanical Inspector, Plan Reviewer, Instructor, and Engineer. Bybee-Julovich, Inc. is proud to be members of: Association of Energy Engineers, American Institute of Plant Engineers, Construction Specifications Institute, Mathematical Association of Michigan, Michigan Waste Water Pollution Association, Rotary International, and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers & ICBO. Dr. Bybee also speaks publicly in various technical Physics, Root Cause Analysis, and Management Training Including; 5-S, TPM, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, and other custom courses.
